Services to Women & Families

Case Manager Assistant - To provide crisis intervention to domestic violence clients. Provide services as required by the YWCA’s Mission, policies and procedures, as well as governmental sources, provide hotline crisis information and referral services, conduct shelter intakes, exits and necessary support services for DV clients, demonstrate good communication skills, dependability, self-responsibility and commitment, compile data and record statistics as assigned. High school diploma or GED required. Salary $8/hr. Shift: Saturday & Sundays 7 am – 3 pm, also substitutes positions available for all shifts. .

Services to Women & Families

Children's Case Manager– To provide case management to children residing at the domestic violence shelter; coordinate daily recreational activities and weekly outings for shelter families; coordinate with clients to enroll children in school. Provide services as required by the YWCA’s Mission, policies and procedures, as well as governmental sources, complete intakes for children, assist families in school transfers, demonstrate good communication skills, dependability, self-responsibility and commitment, compile data and record statistics as assigned. BA/BS in Human Services. A clean driver’s license and own transportation is also required. Salary $11/hr. Shift: Tuesday-Saturdays 9 – 5, hours may vary . Innovative Programs

Parents Anonymous Facilitator – Facilitate group sessions according to Parents Anonymous guidelines, demonstrate skills necessary to facilitate support groups for parenting, compile data and record statistics as assigned. BA/BA degree in Human Services. A clean driver’s license and own transportation is required. Hours vary with group. Salary $10/hr..
